About - Nawonu Foundation

Nawonu Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of

vulnerable and underprivileged children and youth, especially girls, in Ghana. Established in 2022, we focus on improving access to education, promoting entrepreneurship, and enhancing sexual and reproductive health awareness.

By addressing critical challenges faced by young girls, we aim to empower them with the tools and resources needed to break the cycle of poverty.

Headquartered in Ghana’s Eastern Region, our programs currently serve rural communities across the Eastern, Volta, and Volta North regions.

Mission

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and deprived children in Ghana by empowering them with education, entrepreneurship skills, and health awareness.
